But Phil makes money - not on the lies about his options trades, but on the fees he charges.

I was a member of his 'service' back last July and August. After hearing how he answered questions about his purchases and how he couldnt tell all of the trades he made real-time, but instead we would find them in the spreadsheet he updated every weekend, I knew he was full of it.
Gee nobody can match his executions, and he would be covered on a stock that went up, until the weekend, when his spreadsheet would show that he miraculously was uncovered before it shot up.

    Right Phil.

    Get real.

Oh by the way - hows the hedge fund that you run for all those clients of yours ? You know, the hedge fund whos moves you said you would mimic for those in the long-term portfolio 'stock club' ?

You get how much for that stock club ? $200/month per member ?

    NNNiiice.

Go ahead - keep calling Bush and Cheney liars.

Have the nerve to delete my account, but never commented on any of the replies here. Well atleast I know you read them, and know the truth behind them.

Instead of deleting me again, why don't you ask some of your members to post here and tell me that I'm wrong. I want them to tell me that they made money from your advice... I would love to hear that.

Why buy XLF when you could get better returns with a combination of HHV, HHK, and HHD?
Here's an article about how buying the 3 etf basket will get you better returns than the underlying index.

I'm new here, but obviously you are someone that people are following in a big way. I'd like to see what your reaction is to Crox and what your plans may be concerning it now are. Reply

I love it! A stock that Phil has been buying since $17 (CROX) gets crushed by 50%. No Mention. Now he is hoping for a NKE buyout on a company that isn't going to make any money this year. The fad is dead just like this stock. Reply

The wheels are off the cart and now the cart is going into the ditch. We have to deleverage this market and control the wild shorts and traders. Many people today have nothing but money in the market, no positions either in stocks or bonds. Reply

Stellar results for one of my favorite companies. ISRG is up 13.5% in the pre-market.
Beyond the numbers, there isn't much surprise.. this company is consistently driving forward in a field where it has no competition.
Robotic surgery is here to stay, as I plan to stay with this stock for years to come.
    You go girl!

So, Pelosi and Reid, with their single digit approval ratings, want to send the helicopters over again, shoveling out money just before the November election. Heaven help us. Reply

U.S. Seeing More Inflation Than Anyone: See Whirlpool For Proof [view article]
    To bearfund,

Correct me if I'm wrong, but LUV has reported cumulative operating profits of $2.5 billion (!) over the past three years. True, their hedging activities in 2007 boosted net income by $300 million, but the operating side of the business was solid. Now, it's true that profits have slipped this year because of higher operating costs (salaries, fuel, landing fees), but the airline is still profitable on an operating basis. Unlike everyone else. And their load factors are still among the highest in the industry.

Just wanted to bring that out.

LUV is a highly profitable futures trading company attached to an unprofitable airline (which is redundant; all airlines are unprofitable). They'd have made a lot more money if they never turned a wheel and just traded the futures. Reply
