Some shareholders think Apollo's (APO) $5/share bid for family vacation operator Great Wolf (WOLF +1.3%) isn’t high enough. Richard Nackenson, portfolio manager of Neuberger Berman’s Multi Cap Opportunities Fund which owns 5% of WOLF, says the stock could be worth $8-$9 based on conservative valuations of the company’s 2013 free cash flow and EBITDA.
