    • The casino operator held 22.6% of gaming revenue in the gambling mecca to just edge Sands China (NYSE:LVS) and Galaxy Entertainment (OTCPK:GXYEF) which were also both over the 20% share mark.
    • Rounding out the top six was Melco Crown (NASDAQ:MPEL) at 13.4%, MGM China (NYSE:MGM) at 11%, and Wynn Macau (NASDAQ:WYNN) at 9%.

    • Voters in Massachusetts voted down a proposed repeal of the 2011 state law which allowed casinos into the state.
    • Withe voting at nearly all precincts counted, 60% of the voters approved keeping the current restrictions on gambling in place.
    • The development clears a path for Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ:WYNN) and MGM Resorts (NYSE:MGM) to push forward with their casino projects in the state.

    • Voters in Massachusetts will decide the future of gambling in the state on Election Day tomorrow.
    • A question on the ballot seeks to repeal a 2011 state law legalizing the industry.
    • By some counts, the pro-casino lobby has outspent the anti-gaming group by 20 to 1 in an intense media campaign focused on jobs.

    • The company's Las Vegas properties saw revenue growth of 9.0% during the quarter on improved REVPAR and a higher table win hold.
    • There was also a bit of tightening at Wynn, casino operating expenses fell 7.4% Y/Y to $647M.
