    I'll tell you what, I'm a Stern fan and I almost agree. It bugs the sh!t out of me that I can't get anything live when Stern is not on. At least Friday has Jay and Bubba and that's good for me but I may have to bite the bullet and listen to O&A when Howard's not in. I don't think they're that great but they're good enough. I prefer live stuff... Reply

    killerkaul, and cos1000, I think it was a retirement party. I said if it was held in Vegas I would come and it went from there. I also think the PPS was closer to 30 or 40.


    cos1000, I agree about the 3rd Q call. As you know the 3rd quarter is going to be terrible, because the sub net adds are always bad in the 3rd Q, and this time the other metrics are going to be messed up because of the cost of the merger, to include the cost of the new radios that are paid for in the 3rd quarter.

    There is a bright spot as you and others have talked about. The new revenue streams such as the "B of B". The other I have not seen to much talk about here, it is the new advertisment revenue. As you know SIRIXM has got some new big advertisers in the line up.     Reply

    As I understand delisting Sirius would have 180 days to bring the stock back over a dollar. The warning will be issued and then they have to resond in this amount of time. I could be mistaken, but this is how I have heard it explained.     Reply

    Certainly it is important that the big 3 automakers in the U.S. be kept afloat for the sake of SiriusXM and its success going forward. It has been my observation through the years that the automakers are not allowed to fail, and in this present situation this will continue to be the case. What would really be interesting is if GM, Chrysler, and Ford all merged into one company. Wonder what the chances are of that happenening? Probably slim to none, but then again lots of things have transpired in the past few months that were unthinkable even as recent as last year.The government will step in as needed to preserve the auto industry in America, although they may end up owning them as well. We are crossing a line when the government invests in the stock market as the potential for manipulation could become an even more terrifying scenario than is being witnessed presently. As we trudge through the rest of this year things will improve, despite the doomsdayers. The economy provides great political theater at the moment, but for those that do not get caught up in the emotional roller coaster ride will find that it will get better in time. It always cycles back around. Sirius will be fine and so will its shareholders.

    Tyler thanks for keeping us informed. A merger of both GM and Chrysler would in my opinion be a real plus for Sirius-XM stock holders. There is much hope for those who hold the stock and there is good reason to be optomistic. CEO Mel and team will not let the stockholders down. Reply

    PinkFloyd.... There are many reasons stocks trade at many levels. If you know investing, you look for cheap prices of good companies with potential. Mel made Jim Cramer admit there is no media stock hed rather own than Sirius. Thats from the biggest pundint against this stock. So go figure. Reply

    Worthless article. It gave no kind of information that would help make a wise decision to invest in the stock or not. Better not touch that stock. Penny stocks are too dangerous anyways. There are reasons stocks get that low and none of them are good. Sell Sell Sell!!!! Reply
