    Yahoo (YHOO) PR chief Jill Nash is leaving the company, Kara Swisher says. One would guess Nash "is simply completely spent from her past two years at Yahoo - which have been very fraught from a public relations perspective, to say the least." YHOO -0.7%.

    Click fraud is at record highs, Click Forensics says, with industry wide average of 17.1%. Pay-per-click ads on search engine content networks (AdSense (GOOG), Yahoo Publisher (YHOO)) is even worse at 28.2%. Bots account for 31.4% of all click fraud.

    With all the Yahoo (YHOO) / Microsoft (MSFT) / Time Warner (TWX) rumors swirling, Kara Swisher has her own idea: Let MSFT buy AOL (TWX) for $4-5B, spin its content, advertising and communication assets to YHOO in exchange for its search business, and let YHOO "focus on what it does best."
