    Well, I have owned stock in Leisure Canada (LCN) in Vancouver, for several years and the stock in the "premiere developer of resorts in Cuba" has gone nowhere. They say they own or are developing these exclusive properties but nothing happens, ever. Real of fake? Time will tell, it always does.
