Looks like they are seeking another herd of fools to guide to fool's paradise, where the butcher is eagerly awaiting their arrival. This is one company that SEC needs to bar from being a public listed company. Avoid these like a plague unless you are shorting it.

Stop with your incessant crocodile tears. You have several franchise stores that you have been running for a while and if they are no longer profitable, sell them and move on. Stop looking for some pity party because you can no longer enjoy the profit you used to enjoy due to having to pay your workers non-slave wages. You are barking up the wrong tree. You won't be the first nor the last with a failed biz. Threatening, mouth fuming declaration of lawsuit on SA is not gonna solve your problem!

If the range quoted is indeed true, it could mean huge competition for $TSLA and start bringing down her stratospheric valuation. Wall st loves those valuations for AMZN, NFLX, TSLA, PCLN bcos of negligible competition & near-monopoly but once threats to such condition are validated, they start bringing down such valuations.

  • Intel Inside The iPhone 6s And iPhone 6c [View article]
The problem with a lot of folks that are always wishing and clamoring for suppliers to get Apple's biz is they never seem to investigate the history of Apple & her suppliers. Most of them hardly make substantial profit. There is a reason why Apple is the most profitable company in the world & most of it is based on hardware sales despite the fact that Apple does not own or operate a single manufacturing plant / facility.
It has perfected the way of milking and amassing all profit from her suppliers while eliminating any direct risk like inventory, raw materials, in the manufacturing of her hardware products. It has gone steps above what Dell used to do in her early days of computer manufacturing, before competitors caught on. Can you all imagine GM, Ford or VW not owning or operating a car assembly plant while still calling themselves a car manufacturer. Apple does not make or assemble a single hardware component it sells.
I personally do not wish for any supplier that am invested in to be an oem supplier of Apple. One of the few that have been able to demand a fair price from Apple, is Samsung and it is due to her invaluable tentacles( memory, display, cpu manufacturing etc.) in cellphone production / manufacturing process.
While Intel is a behemoth on her own & can produce those modems @ a cheap price, she does not have a monopoly on modems and carriers are not yet ready to utilize the advantage those modems bring. Intel is already offering her Atom cpu's @ ridiculous discount in order to get a leg into the cellphone biz, I can't see this any different. Apple is the undisputed King of "divide & conquer " when it comes to milking oem suppliers.

I meant exactly what I said and that buddy, is my contribution. To buttress my point I have included this online inflation calculator in response to your comment " $15/hr. for kids to do the same thing I was paid $4.25/hr. for 35 years ago seems truly bizarre". Once you have verified the true value of what you earned 35yrs ago , please respond. Your 1980 $4.25 is now worth $12.21 in 2015, so if you are mad that they are complaining about being paid what would have been $2.76 in 1980 ($8 in 2015), then you are truly heartless.

You are free to go there to serve your 2nd or 10th tour whichever is applicable. There are weapons waiting for you there, no one is stopping you . If you value your blood & life less than Iraq's, that's your prerogative.

If you feel your self worth in life is and can only be confirmed when some loony extreme right wingers tell you "we appreciate your service for our country", please go ahead. When you are dead life will move on like it always. You will be forgotten by same people urging you to die for them.

We are not paid mercenaries for wars. Not only do we end up paying with lives but also with another batch of borrowed money that your grand kids will have to pay one day, if we get into another war. Ironic that those clamoring for this , always complain about folks here that are not working and milking the system on assistance , yet they beg folks like you to go die for another country where the whole lot will do nothing to even save their own lives

There are lots of wonderful verses in the bible that advocated violence but do we ascribe or practice those instructions now. The sad thing is most of us have been programmed to accept any and everything in the bible just like the idiots in the middle east some of you can't wait to fight.
The bible are interpretations of a lot of folks and if you believe God is perfect then he would not have advocated an eye for an eye, only to send Jesus Christ to declare not to practice such anymore. Hence , you are in essence saying God was wrong!. I definitely do not believe such.

Has it ever occurred to folks like yourself that if native Iraqi's are unwilling to die for their own country, Americans should definitely not be willing to die for them. They abandoned equipment provided to them, they also did not put up any resistance with our initial entry of US troops during the Iraqi war . If they prefer to live under Sharia law governed by ISIS, let them be. Once they taste it and and realize the only other alternative is death , they will fight. If ISIS becomes a threat to the rest of the world after taking over Iraq( if they ever) , then the world would be justified to incinerate the whole place.

Absolutely no boots on the ground till they are willing to sacrifice their own blood. If the extreme right wingers wanna go die for them , no one is stopping them. Let their kids be the first in line to do that

If America refused to die for independence from Britain , it will still be a colony today.
