    • jaginger: Sure. Look at all quarterly reporting dates for LF past couple years. Major shorts always come in the next day and trash the stock this way

    • jaginger: It doesn't matter if they blow out earnings (which they usually do) or not. Nothing to do with fundamentals/expectations in the slightest

    • jaginger: It's purely a price-manipulating endeavor by some. Something to get used for long term holders. Creates buying/trading opportunities.

    • mthickey: Management predicted Q3EPS of $0.32 against expectations of $0.34 and full-year EPS of $0.57-$0.60 compared to the $0.64 seen by the experts

    • jaginger: Guidance was not the cause. Again, look back to prior quarters for the same pattern. Those who follow $LF understand this very well.

    • arisberna: Janiger, thanks for your input and explanation!! question though, How is this possible? How some one can manipulate in this way?

    • jaginger: It's a small cap stock with large institutional ownership. Large short interest. So, they can really whip it around if they want to.

    • jaginger: $LF is going to post $.80+ EPS for 2013, has no debt, a hefty cash hoard, growing rapidly, trading at 13 P/E. It's going higher long term
