    Not selling after 1000% gain is stupid. Look like you don't want to make money and just fantasies. At bottom everyone wants to sell and at top no one wants to sell because being up in portfolio looks good.

    TOT is the best. Its my #1 holding because it always stay cheap so when market runs up and you have nothing else to buy there is TOT available. So its 10% of my portfolio weight which is the highest.

    NLY and AGNC are big dividend payer in my portfolio. It boost my yield. I already got back my invested capital in return of dividend in last 5 to 10 years.

    I don't know if they are good investment or not but I got my money back and I am up like 30% in capital gain. Its a free ride from here on.

    company hate to cut dividend but they do it anyway. If you follow market you should not be surprise by that. There is still capital appreciation opportunity in some global market and some sector here in US.
