  • Kandi: Experts Weigh In On China's EV Market [View article]
Alibaba: I can list right now that I have 30,000 EV cars available. It's like the Craigslist of China.

And I think you are comparing apples to oranges. This is a car swapping company that has MITT approval. (Leases and rentals vs. owning). And they have patents on battery swapping technology.

Why do you think this company has no value? Why would you short if you didn't think it has no value? If it does have value, then are you trying to manipluate it because it has a very small float? Why would you short something that would dramatically reduce air pollution in a country that is tremendously blighted?

  • Kandi: Experts Weigh In On China's EV Market [View article]
"Of the EV makers that sell in China almost none of these companies trade on US stock exchanges."

Why is that? Seems to me that they are inconsequential.

You countinue to say: "The EV makers in China typically market themselves only in China." If that is the case, how many are profiting?

In all of the comments, I've heard more than once that the companies on your table are not MITT approved and exporting vehicles. To me, all of these others sound like counterfeit DVDs of a true product.

So what is the structure of sales for all of these competitors in comparison to Kandi? What percent is sold within China? What percent are exported?

  • Tesla: Yesterday's Sell-Off Was Unwarranted [View article]
Go ahead Mr. Musk and tweet that you are going to "put your money where your mouth is". If this is just a "bump in the road", then prove it by buying shares right now. Give us investor confidence.

Even Elon Musk is grateful for what the market has done for his company. And he has also insinuated that it is overbought. Read your news. This event does not help with "near perfect execution".

Whatever it takes you to sleep at night. Time to dump the stock. Remember QLGC? It was at $180 in it hayday. Now it's worth 10 friggin dollars. Why? Because they did not 'execute".

The problem is that you looked briefly at Mr. Pearson's articles. There was no nugget in his articles. Maybe he will find the nuggets in your shorts. And that is about it. But briefly.

    Mr. Porcari:

I have dealt with accusations with government officials and corporations. It's just BS. The fact remains, that I highly respect you.

There is a war: Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) vs. Electric Vehicles (EV). If you look at history for 100 years, ICE has won.

Now Elon Musk and a powerful nation have changed that.

The future is inevitable. Keep up your great work!

  • Kandi Set To Surrender Gains Again [View article]
Afterall, who would short a $8.00 stock unless they were convinved it was going bankrupt? That is unless he's got 1,000 puts on it and trying to make a buck or two short-term on share price. So, bulls, let's push out Pearson for good.

KNDI has legacy profits from what I read. Stock ain't going bankrupt.

Seems we have weeded out our short manilpulator: Pearson.

I remember back in March, some idiot was posting an SA article trying convince people to sell Tesla short at $37/sh. Now that the stock is at $192/sh. I can only imagine that this person was fired from any job in finance and/or all of her followers have a hitman out after her by now.

Mr. Pearson, I see you as one and the same as this person shorting Tesla. So get ready to don your paper hat and polyester pants so you can start your new career as a burger-flipper soon.

  • Why J.C. Penney Is A Buy [View article]
The way I look at it, this company got some chick pregnant. And we all know that does not make a profit.

WRONG! You hope for sales. This company has destroyed it's sales structure.

JCP is on borrowed time. Cutting 19,000 jobs is not growth. They are still having fire sales with inventory. They will be out of cash in one year.

Johnson's compensation was $50 million per year. They have acquired more that $100 million per year in interest expense. That is like having three Johnson's as CEO. So now two Johnson are doing nothing, and we have Ullman pulling down a paycheck for 5 years before the Johnson's with declining EPS nearly every single year (Ullman got lucky in 2011). Any stock move up right now only provides a better golden parachute for the board.
