Hank Paulson and Ben Bernanke were both complete failures with the handling of the spending package and both said they believed the nation would avoid falling into recession. Warren Buffet has loads of money, true! But even he panicked when his old mantra buy when ppl are fearful failed. Buffet is delusional! Depression coming soon to a nation near you!

DeLong, you are so out of touch, IMO! 5%??????????????? And just where do you get this unlikely number? The numbers favor a Depression/Great Depression. There are already a few states in Depression. The economists with solid track records are saying a Great Depression is just around the corner. Unemployment, housing market continuing its sell-off and foreclosure rate, collapse of the dollar, big gov't out-of-control spending, the Dow over 10,000 without reason. We are heading for a fall and the Gov't can only delay it as they have been doing.

Cramer is a joke! He's been much more wrong than right. How about that nice Starbuck's tip about 1 1/2 years ago? A classic masterful mistake. The talking heads on CNBC are stock promoter's. Just look at the ad's. The rest are just novice speculators who will be on no matter what bad advice they give out.

Then, when he recently said if you're counting on your money in the next 5 years, to get out of the market? Nice 180 their, Jimmy-boy! Cramer along with the CNBC talking heads are nothing more than mealy-mouthed stock promoters who live by deception, not on any sound economic reality. I was surprised to see Peter Schiff on the show that put the CNBC sheep in their places yesterday. Cramer - you freaking idjut!
