    Must be a bad investment institutional firms own on average over 50% of all outstanding shares of all of traded mreits. Why is that? Do they make money because they dumb? do they day trade? If they day trade they wouldn't need to carry such large positions. Just my thoughts. I need help from some intelligent people to answer these questions. Anyone
