I did say birthday not birthdate.
Your preoccupation with the word "womb" leads me to believe
that you once owned an "Edsel".

    You are right.
I found something else to do and maybe you can help me.
How about with your help we lobby Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton to enter the race to be nominated for President of the USA.
I suggest we start our campaign in Appalachia and give those poor unappreciated Americans the chance to express themselves.
As for Tesla's slow refueling I had a 50 amp breaker installed in my garage and start off each day with a full charge and no loss of sleep.
Merrily I roll along in my Tesla S sedan. Thanks Elon.

I award Elon the right to post the following sign that I posted on my customer service counter.
    You are a unique customer.
    I wish I had 10 like you.
    Trouble is I have 100.

I accept your reply with humility.
Having been described as a "perspicacious" soothsayer I grant you the opportunity to change your mind and not be remiss.
Joking aside, I contacted the buyer who Elon banned and offered him my 2012 Tesla S with 13,000 miles on the odometer in pristine condition for 64G (a bargain). I am waiting to hear from him.
Born in 1933. You figure it out.

Quote from Elon's former wife. "He has brass balls"
That's what it takes to succeed in this world of morons, incompetents and naysayers who feel it is their politically correct duty to show the world how shallow they are.
Of course, it is my politically correct duty to expose these charlatans.

Of course I will have to ban you from my wisdom if you are remiss.

  • Apple Fights The Surveillance State, But It May Be A Losing Battle  [View article]
Apple should have acted on my suggestion a few years ago to buy an island off the
east coast of the U.S. and declare itself a sovereign country. Then start charging
the U.S. government for all of it's services. All Apple employees would be granted
dual citizenship and enjoy a carefree life. It's not too late.

  • Audi Vs. Tesla's Supercharging Network: The $1 Billion Investment - Or $18 Billion?  [View article]
    Reply to: m-4verick
A quick summation of what occurred with my Tesla fiasco.
I tried to negotiate the front bumper falling off with Tesla but they were
adamant in their decision and stopped accepting my emails and telephone calls. I took the next best method to resolve the situation. I contacted Tesla's exclusive repair facility in Miami, Fl. They are a class act and we came to terms quickly. Once they assured me that repairing the problem would not appear on Car fax as an accident, the repair was one thousand dollars with a five hundred dollar deductible I paid $500 and the job was done. I can't blame the employees at Tesla because they have been brain washed in Tesla's systems and do what they are told to do. I revisited the Davie, Fl showroom after the repair and we all remain friends. As it should be.
As I have previously noted in my posts, age does take it's toll. Extolling the virtues of my Tesla on Seeking Alpha was a great experience. What I did not enjoy were the nasty, insulting, nit picking, naysayer replies.
I now understand why a business associate kept asking the question, "Why are there so many more horses asses than horses".
I counter his question with my own repartee, "Forgiveness is the most satisfying revenge". Not bad for a kid from Brooklyn, NY who did not go to college. Cutting to the chase, I am withdrawing from SA and moving on to perhaps a more fulfilling adventure and use of the knowledge I accumulated during my first 82 years since birth. Passing on this knowledge is first on my agenda to leave this world a better place than I found it. I have been invited to be a guest speaker on various internet talk radio shows that are broadcast world wide. My pristine auto is listed on Carfax.
Bought the wife a new auto to drive me around. If I could just get her to wear a chauffeurs cap and let me sit in the back seat it would be perfect. Not saying goodbye but just taking the fork in the road of life to see where it leads me.
Stay well and may all you Teslarians live to be 150 and the last voice you hear is mine.

  • Tesla Motors to launch Model X tonight  [View news story]
Vico Confino replying to comments of post on SA Sept. 30, 2015
I fully intend to reply personally to the SA readers both positively and negatively. Be patient as I hope to have the entire matter resolved within the next two weeks.
As a high school graduate from Brooklyn, NY I learned too late that thinking I could learn "street smarts" instead of going to college would allow me to compete in what turned out to be a world of highly educated business leaders. By the time I successfully climbed the ladder of success, (and the agony of failures) these college grads were more than my match. What I did learn was that it was not necessary to win every battle but to engage only those who insulted my intelligence by offering nonsensical opinions and not solutions.
I will not play the "age card" (82) but rather make those who have not considered the toll it takes on ones faculties, more aware of the inevitable. To get back to this diatribe. The only one who knows all the facts in this "bumpergate" scenario is me. I intend to give a complete accounting of this entire matter as soon as it is resolved. Please be patient and I am sure we will all learn more about personal communicating.
