    You should instead consider shorting UPRO, if you believe we will go down lower. Though I am of the opinion that for the rest of October the market will just try to reach that 200 day MA. The US gdp rose 2.5% and earnings might not be as bad as the negative sentiment.

    none of the problems have been resolved though BOE is issuing money so gold is a good bet. QE3 might be on the way too. I moved a position on Oct 4 in GLD and SIVR.

    excellent research. thanks. Though if we go in to a long term bear market then individual investors might liquidate their positions and the institutions may be running for the fences to raise cash, in which case these stocks can be had at a much cheaper price.
