Dow Upswing: Getting Back in the Game

I expected a typical bull post where the author's sole rationale for buying a stock was that it couldn't possibly go down any further BUT these actually look like decent picks in a tough market. Ecolab looks pretty strong. I'd be inclined to wait until an uptrend is established before buying in, but I've got ECL on my watch list now.
