I've been working in the construction and chemical/petrochemical industry for 30 plus years. I most recently exited that industry to purchase a Sertinos Cafe franchise. I am the Area Developer here in the great state of Texas for All American Specialty Restaurants, Inc. brand restaurants. My goal it to open 400 locations here in the state over the next 10 years.

the world. Our roaster has 27 year experience as a Master Roaster. My restaurant here in Beaumont Texas has received the "Readers Choice Award" for best coffee five of the last six years. My store in Port Arthur has receive the same award three out of three years thus far. We have had two mentions in the Texas Monthly Magazine for our very popular hot toasted Turkey Southwest Club sandwich. My most recent honor is to have been selected as one of the nominees for "Entrepreneur Of The Year" here in Jefferson County, Texas.
