    If it is a urgency, you shop at Staples and pay 100-300% mark up price, if it is not a urgency, you just stay away from Staples. WFM mark up is only 35-70%.

    Growth came in at 3.7 , down from 7 and July sales came in at 3.1%. Insiders sold $11 million and share repurchase at 1 billion, but they have till August 2016 to purchase it. More downside here.

    same day delivery for the same city, if you ship it across state lines, it is a big problem since roads and traffic get into the mix. Post Office cannot be used since it is corrupt and slow, so it has to be private couriers doing the delivery. 3rd party vendors- big problem.

    AAPL at 700 was not expensive and at 400 was a bargain, WFM at 60's was overpriced and still in the 30's overpriced. It really does not matter if you shop at wfm, or your wife or your dog, stock is expensive.
