The New Bull Market
The overall macro, economic and business outlook still appears to be bad, but it is no longer getting any worse. The best opportunities are when global, financial and economic catastrophes occur.
The market will rally throughout the year with corrections, but the overall trend will be higher. A rotation into risk has started with so much money on the sidelines and risk off investments; it will start to fuel a new bull market in the U.S. and overseas.

I have followed Adam for since 2000 and have regreted not doing my due dillangence and missed out on some great oppurtunities. Don't get me wrong, he has been right some of the time, but is also wrong at times.
Look at The Street's Adam Feuerstein's credentials and background. Here is a link to a website dedicated to The Street's Adam Feuerstein and a quote from that site www.exposeadam.com/:
This website is devoted to providing a forum to rebut and correct the numerous one sided articles written by Adam Feuerstein on behalf of the Street.com. Adam Feuerstein has been writing for the Street.com since 2001 and is marketed as their Senior Columnist although he has never attended journalism school nor does he have any formal education in Journalism. In fact, he has NO formal science background either (he was a political science major at Emory University) and thus his credibility and objectivity as a biotech journalist must be questioned. He has been sued by biotech companies for his one sided attacks. Additionally, his inaccurate reporting has even led to patient safety issues as outlined in this article about Oculus Innovative Sciences. There have been numerous articles written about his one sided tactics and his questionable timing and release of misleading headlines that can be found here. Under the guise of being a biotech journalist, Adam frequently writes misleading headlines and articles that are widely disseminated via the Street.com's media network.

Looking For Partners Or Joint Ventures
I am looking to leverage my current position in Apex Global Capital Management L.L.C. to expand with new partners or joint ventures. I will also be starting a new private fund or hedge fund in Las Vegas to take advantage of the business structure in that state in the first half of 2012.
You may contact me if with any suggestions in which we are able to profit by leveraging investments and minimizing risks to gain substantial profits.
