While I agree AMZN is overvalued at this point, there's a lot more than P/E involved when valuing a stock and I think these guys (Valuentum) do a good job of showing that.
What's your point? Future volatility is always priced higher, a 3.2 expected move is totally normal. It does not mean, at all, that volatility will move by that much. It can remain flat until Sep expiration while the premium evaporates.

You have to buy options on the VIX as you cannot buy it directly, and they are usually expensive / carry a big premium (i.e. a Sep VIX call will be a couple of hundred dollars above where the VIX index is at right now.) That means you need to get the direction right quickly or you will lose money every day.
