      If Apple were not conspiring against third parties write access etc. would still be possible using the same technique on iPhones running version 1.1.1 of the firmware/operating system as compared to version 1.0.2. This is not the case.

      Much More In Store For Apple TV
      Point 3 is laughable at best. The customer gets to pay twice for downloading the video, once for the actual purchase and another time for the bandwidth? And then the traffic between peers needs to be encrypted despite the fact that the file will most likely have some form of DRM applied to it?
