Good article and I agree with your thesis, and I to believe demand is plateauing. Given all the negative sentiment I still believe this stock goes higher and come fall time will probably drop until than warning to anyone don't short this stock.

Good article and agree with the conclusion. I initiated a position last week and will buy more if it goes below 70. This stock in time will get to it's previous highs but for now it's a bearish name and wouldn't recommend to anyone other than me to jump in.

Long term I like CSTR better than NFLX. The deal with Verizon is one that sticks to me as merit and I believe that CSTR in the end will come out the winner and let's wait for them to start their streaming service.
Herbalife (HLF -11.9%) CEO Michael Johnson responds to Bill Ackman's accusation that the company is a 'pyramid scheme' countering that Ackman is improperly trying to manipulate Herbalife's stock and the SEC should take action. Johnson says company is a legitimate business with "millions of customers" and real business model. Ackman's short is about his own business model, not about HLF's. (video) [View news story]
It may be our ignorance but most must have the same view that it is a pyramid scheme with the price action of the stock. It doesn't matter if its been around 32 years, look how long Bernie Madoff ran his scheme it's just getting exposed now.

I know a bunch of people selling HLF products in my area and it is a pyramid scheme. That's the one reason why I never buy a share in this company.

CLF is looking of interest year and in the beginning of the year is one I will go long because i expect it to rise drastically in the beginning of the year, but possibly head back south through the mid part of next year.
Sears Holdings (SHLD) moves up 3.1% premarket after shares dipped below the $40 mark for the first time since January. Hedgeye's Keith McCullough thinks high short interest names such as Sears are scaring hedge funds in the current atmosphere. If that's the case, a short squeeze rally into year end could be on tap. SHLD good conversation on this board I've been looking at putting in a small position for this stock
Deutsche Bank: Explaining The $12 Billion Loss That Never Was [View article]
Good article and what DB did was illegal and dangerous with them hiding information of this magnitude. As a shareholder I was shocked that they hid a loss of that measure. I am a shareholder of DB and like other banks this one is severly undervalued. S&P has it's fair value at $71. Well I'm not saying that DB is the best international bank it is one that can offer you a lot of bang for you buck for the risky investor especially if Europe sticks together and avoids a recession.

C is interesting here I was a shareholder but sold after they failed the stress test in May I believe, but am looking at getting long with the departure of Pandit. Personally I like Deutsche Bank I've been long DB since it hit 28, but C is a compelling here lots of value in that stock and the managment change is interesting here.

The presidency is a complicated thing, but sad for me to say these last two days my portfolio has gotten murdered and almost wiped out all my gains for the year. Obama in my view isn't a bad president but the next four years will tell his history than the first four.
Why Apple's Numbers Tell Us Not To Worry [View article]
I disagree well first all I say I believe Apple will always be a strong company I see its stock and earnings dropping though. The reason I state this is for its recently released products. Lets be honest iPad mini was a bust, and the iPhone 5 may have sold but it's getting negative reviews from the consumers. For my instance I say stay away from Apple it may get a bounce here on oversold territory but I see its future dropping for now.
