  • Outsourcing Grows as a Business Strategy [View article]
    The quality of Chinese and Indian goods in my field is terrible, and yet, out-of-touch upper management fails to comprehend this and continues to outsource. Outsourcing to domestic vendors will still save you 30-40% and you won't sacrifice quality, typically. Plus, you'll have less management (time zone/language) overhead.
