It sells for $1.50 a share. It's a speculation, plain and simple. If it goes, one could make a lot of money. If not, it's not like betting the house. Any one of these products could prove to be a ten bagger. I own it for the long term and do not listen to negative BS. Also, big Pharma is looking to add to their pipelines.

i agree. It's in my IRA, think about this, the Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) at age 70 1/2 is just under 4% a year. T pays 5.6% dividend. So rather than my IRA depreciating, it is gaining in value by the excess in dividend income. And people keep paying those cell phone bills. DTV is the next cash cow.

Don't get me wrong I'm glad I own it and did average down when they were advising us to buy. It's just that right after their last recommendation someone from their staff puts out a "time to sell" advisory, one has to wonder who's editing this stuff. Long term I have done well with the fool.

Well finally the Fool is setting up to take the Buy Now rec down with yesterdays article and this article today after the 40% and falling decline.

What really is a shame is how Eassa pumped the stock with his merger article last week so he could get out of his position at 16.

Its headed under $14 this week now after the failed rally, but it got him out of his position and fool sold subscriptions. Time to move onto the next video mass marketing scam.

Perhaps the iwatch will have some really cool strap.

    Yes, Rule Breakers:
It's Time to Sell InvenSense Stock. Here's Why.

Shares of InvenSense (NYSE: INVN ) are down 10% over the past year, underperforming rivals Analog Devices (NASDAQ: ADI ) , and STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM ) . Owners of InvenSense stock might be loathe to eat their losses and sell the stock, but I think that's precisely the thing to do now. And I'll tell you why.

    InvenSense stock costs too much
Even with that 10$ haircut, InvenSense stock remains the most expensive of the three big players in micro-electro-mechanical system, or MEMS, gyroscopes, which are used for motion-tracking functions in consumer electronics.

At a forward price-to-earnings ratio of 20, InvenSense stock sells for 20 times the profits the currently unprofitable company might earn next year. That makes the shares about 2.5% pricier than those of barely profitable STMicro, and 9% more expensive than cheapest of the bunch Analog Devices.
    Enough said.....

For those of us approaching RMD's in our retirement accounts the three stocks you mentioned are perfect. The RMD (retirement minimum distribution) is around 4%. With the telephone stocks paying an average of 4.5%. The hardest thing you have to do is go to the mailbox and collect your check. I would add VOD to your portfolio as well.
