    • DAG1996: it seems the downgrade indicates uncertainty whether there's more downside to come and the buy call indicates a belief this is the bottom

    • DAG1996: personally, i think ATVI is at or near bottom (save broad market declines) and its mostly up from here, but takes longer than a week or two
