Risk Perception Has Changed - Weakness Ahead

I've never heard of a Puetz Window until you mentioned it. It's quite an interesting correlation that was studied and I just spent a few minutes reading what I could find about it on google. Two different articles both indicated that we are already past the Puetz Window, which occurred either July 30-August 7 or July 24 - August 2.
