Reuben Gregg Brewer spent about 15 years at world renowned Value Line, the Publisher of The Value Line Investment Survey. During this time he worked in various facets of the company's research efforts, including equities, mutual funds, convertibles, and options. For six years, he directed all of the company's research efforts as Value Line's Executive Director of Research. Today he writes about the things that interest him.

Chris is responsible for overseeing investment advice given to clients of Belpointe Asset Management. His specialty niche focuses on using options to hedge risk and enhance returns, and more opaque fixed income alternatives.
Chris began his career in finances in fixed income institutional sales at UBS. While at UBS he transitioned to the Private Client Group in Stamford, Connecticut, where he was responsible for managing the finances of successful individuals, families, and institutions. He resigned from UBS in March 2009 to join Belpointe Asset Management.
Prior to joining UBS, Chris was a National Account Manager for Lexmark International. He was based out of Washington, DC, and was responsible for sales to Federal entities, including the Department of the Navy, the Executive Office of the President, the US Congress, NRO, DIA, and the NSA.
Chris started his professional career at Los Angeles Air Force Base. As an officer, he led the team responsible for researching and designing rocket technologies for the next generation of space launch vehicles.
In his personal time he enjoys backpacking, camping, skiing,and reading - mostly science and history.
Chris is a 1993 graduate of the US Air Force Academy, where he received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He also received a Masters of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California in 1998. He has passed the NASD Series 7 and Series 66 exams. Chris is currently licensed as an investment advisor representative.
Following 23 years with JPMorgan, Simon Lack founded SL Advisors, LLC, in 2009. Prior to that, Simon was CEO and founder of the JPMorgan Incubator Funds, two private equity vehicles that took economic stakes in emerging hedge fund managers. From the late 1980s through 1999 through several bank mergers Simon ran Fixed Income Derivatives and Forward FX trading for JPMorgan and predecessor institutions, ultimately overseeing 50 professionals and $300 million in annual revenues.
