Spotify radio has existed here in Sweden (where it started) as long as Spotify has. I listen to it all day every day as I trade.

Being a Canadian, I'll add one caveat here:
English Canadians despise the company. There is active hatred for it due to its importation of Sun Media (viewed as a Canadian version of Fox News, which is highly despised here), and for its extremely high profile legal battle with the publicly funded (and MUCH loved) CBC. Quebecor is harassing CBC with litigation in an attempt to break into the English market and Canadians can see through it.
