Crude Oil Prices: Bears Will Soon Win Out
Elliot Miller gets it . (oh by the way some people need to be told things 3 times to understand ) The fact is the price of oil is due to supply/demand ratio ,so doing all these market manipulations will make it worse . China and india (and the rest of the world ) will be happy to buy oil on another market . Another brilliant idea by a liberal .

When Will American Realize the World Has Changed?
Rightly said except but one can point a finger at the democrats who have turn america into a welfare state ,by increasing regulations that make it difficult to run a small business ,fostering dependence on the government and blocking free trade . This non-sense of the US spreading death and destruction is typical liberal naivete' that the rest of the world "laughs at " .The author left out one aspect that is just important , the war on terror .This war is lost because the liberals are afraid to fight it . When the war comes to american territory these same liberals will be complaining that nothing was done (just like the price of gas ) when in fact their responsible by blocking efforts made now .

The Case for Not Drilling ANWR
Wrong for all the reasons mention in readers ressponses ,but at least the politicians ( Democrats) should be honest about their policy on higher prices to restrict use instead of blaming everyone but themselves . You have basically admitted that the democrats are misleading the american people into thinking that the democrats will bring down the cost of oil and gas when in reality they want the opposite .In any case smart investors are making lots of money on increasing oil prices . Would you and your democratic freinds be doing the same .

What's the Real Story With the Price of Crude Oil?
Oil Barron is right Elliot miller is wrong .If utility companires don't use " oil " for fuel what do they use ? Wishful thinking .?They use hydrocarbos or fossil fuel (which comes from oil ) ,natural gas( come with oil , can't seperate the two) , coal or nuclear . The only way to replace fossil fuels to heat and cool our homes ,cook our food and eventually charge our cars is with nuclear .

Is Oil a Bubble? Part One
Once again FAULTY thinking .The reason there are bubbles in such things as tech , housing etc is that a new an innovative area such as tech will be expensive at first then become cheaper as the enterprise matures and most then obtain this entity and the demand reduces . Computers and mobile phones were in great demand therefore any company involved in this enterprise will make lots of money on growth then as growth slows so does profits. Housing is similar as the author mentions , as houses become too expensive people stop buying them , UNLESS , there is some component that is in scarce supplies .If wood became scarce housing would become expensive until the wood shortage no longer existed .This is not true with oil . There is a finite amount of oil of which we are running out and what oil there is is VERY VERY expensive to obtain . Unless someone finds cheap oil and gas (not likely ) then the price of oil and gas will continue to go up because it cost more and more to explore and drill for oil ( everyone has the same feelings about pharmeuticals , tax and punish then wounder why we have fewer and more expensive drugs),and at this point there is not thing one that can be done . I'll bet the author is against coal and nuclear which means our dependence on oil will continue and the price will go up .This is not a bubble only bubbleheads .

America's Energy Policy: Coming to Terms with Reality
Excellent article which is right on . Panskeptic is a perfect example of the idiocy of the democratic left .A total and complete lack of the intellectual capacity to understand facts and analyse them appropriately . The price of oil and gas is going up because of the democrats and they are relying on this subterfuge to fool people like Panskeptic into keeping them in office which will cause even higher cost . People won't be satisfied until the oil companies are destroyed (just like the steel ,auto and pharmacueticals ) .If you think this is going to bring down the price of gas you're an #@&%*&.

Peak Oil Stocks for the Future
People like you anoy me ,because of stupidity . Energy is not for free . People like the author and other liberals seem to think that electric cars are free energy . How do you think electricity is made . Either coal , nuclear or oil which your against . That leaves natural gas which brings up the second idiocy of these people . You have to drill for natural gas which is found with oil . Its not found in your back yard for free . You can't dissociate natural gas from oil . They come from the same place .This is why we have a severe energy problem in america which will probably destroy this country . Stupidity like the verbage presented by the author . Must be a democrat .

Oil Looks Toppy: Ultrashort Oil and Gas Looks Good
Good Luck $#@&* if your shorting oil .Please send what ever your taking .If the "democrats get into office in november oil prices will come down to 75 " .DUH Who do you think caused oil prices to be high in the first place . Being against coal , oil and nuclear doesn't leave much to use for energy . Explain how prices will come down when the democrats are picking a fight with OPEC ( they'll simply sell to china :what do you think that will do to the cost of oil) )and their going to raise taxes on gas and a profit tax on the oil co . No wonder we have an energy problem . With that kind of thinking ,oil will never come down .
