    "Saudi Arabia is not targeting US shale production. They're targeting Russia and their uncooperative friends within OPEC."
    How do you know SA isn't targeting the US? After russia, the US is/was the next largest producer of oil. Shale is more expensive to pump, but there's lots of it.
    The only people still hanging on the US are some groups in texas where their break even price is around $30.

    saudis just need to cut back on social programs and they can survive for a long time; 3yrs at current spending rate.
    russia has a much smaller reserve than SA in comparison. could be gone by the end of summer
