Amazon's New MP3 Store No Threat To Apple's iTunes

One thing I am curious about is did Apple reach some sort of agreement with any of the major music labels, like Amazon did with Universal Music? Actually, Amazon reached several agreements with large music labels, not to mention thousands of independent labels.
