Doesn't it seem strange that Microsoft is calling monopoly foul even after it tried to buy Doubleclick itself? This is just another battle in the Microsoft-Google-Yahoo... war. Microsoft and Yahoo! want to regain some of the online ad market they lost. The WSJ even reported earlier that Microsoft has been quietly pressuring ad firms, Time Warner, and AT&T to not support this deal. This morning the WSJ had an article on how Microsoft is quietly trying to pressure ad firms and Time Warner and AT&T to not support the Google-Doubleclick deal. NewsVisual did an interesting article on this along with an interactive map that shows the ties between Microsoft and Time Warner and AT&T www.newsvisual.com/new... .
