One of them highest volume of all stores in Midwest with 110 employees (on high volume days we had 10 counter people....you don't see that these days). McDonald's corporate training consultant, operations consultant, franchise consultant in Chicago, Paris France, and Denver. In July of 1983 opened the World's busiest McDonald's in Chicago. Supervised the "Golden Arch" restaurant at McDonald's world headquarters in Oakbrook, Illinois (The only McDonald's restaurant that served beer and wine in the U.S.)
