Oh how about Mr Soros and his financing of this leftist from the City That Works , what did you expect to get when he got the throne ???
The power will destroy as it has all other political parties who had majority control
and abused it. I am for gird lock in Washington DC ,that works the best.

I saw his rise through power and I hope I see him fall from power and the sooner the better for all of us !!!
He may take away our beer and redistribute it in some sort of beer give away program.

Obama's Washington Post Editorial: Reading Between the Lines

Dr O How dare you speak ill of Mr Teleprompterman ! You will be attacked as all who question or oppose him. Jimmy Carter is looking better then this civil rights trained attorney. He has always been in somebody's pocket for his money and now he shall enjoy what is left
of ours. I bet many would change that vote if they could. What a great leader slick southside of Chicago politician this guy is.
We need to continue to point out and speak against him. Better yet call for his impeachment before he destroys the entire USA.

The Real Cause of Foreclosures: No Skin in the Game

As a realtor for over 20 yrs in the far south suburbs of Chicago I
saw the drastic changes over my career. When you have your money in the game you play the game very differently. Case in point your real portfolio investments vs a virtual trading portfolio. Play money who cares ???
Many purchasers just view homeownership as an Entitlement and used the tax payers money because they did not have any to buy the home. I could go on and on but I real think you all know that those that don not want to pay or can not pay Will Not pay!

Remember the last time you were waiting to pay for your goods standing behind some one who brings out credit card after credit card until they find one that works !!!
How about the family member who you gave a million dollars to
and gives you a call ," hey brother can you spare me some cash for my mortgage ?"
If I played the game I would still be in that business but I could not morally play the game . I left the real estate business. Hey anybody out there know what happened to the CEO of Country Wide ? Did they come up with this 110 % mortgage, no moeny down and all the other gizmos or was it that foolish looking barney guy ?

Are we not always looking back at past events to help us in the future.
Bubbles could also be called Frenzie's . What areas were they and what are the next ones? Do info commercials tell us something ?
I am a very simple guy and I sure see bubbles and frenzies developing.
Or is it Greed takes us over --- that big killing we are trying to hit .

Why Wall Street Razzed Obama

BHO past and present campaigning meant saying the very thing each and every audience he was telepromting to wanted to hear.
Now he has a real job and he has a democrat house and senate
majority. This should be very interesting as I recall another party

Don't Expect a Housing Bottom Until Late 2009

I saw this coming way back when. I am a realtor for the past 22yrs so I have seen a lot
of different markets-- good,bad and now the ugly.
I usually represent sellers and for well over a year I have seen the eroding
of the selling prices. You are correct sellers are in denial,they say not over here it is only over there. The market time marches on gets longer and longer and thier asking prices gets farther away. Now I am not in the mega pricing areas I am talking 80 to 400.
Yes there will be plenty of foreclosures to come on the market. Guess what the banks are doing the same with those asking prices !!!!!!
