Great post !!!! This is exactly what I am setting up right now . Replacing my income because of a disappearing r/e income. I am making changes to focus on issues that pay monthly inc vs looking for capital gain growth. I can with your idea keep our present issues and sell the calls. If the stocks get called hey then we find another to replace it.
The plan is to do calls with 4 issues and increase towards investments that pay divies.
Our goal and I see you too have a strong interest in the State of Colorado --move there in two years . Our son lives at the foothills of Golden, how boring is that ?. Gosh will we ever miss the scenic south suburban Chicagoland sites. I f you ever come out south I'll meet you at Flossmoor Station for a beer ! I owe you one for this post !!!

I too am just an average DuffBeer and have always wondered way has the
communication world ( telephone ) come so far yet how much different is the car or what ever mode of transportation changed since you were a teenager ????? Cars have gotten better or have they ???? Now compare that to your smart phone
I just hope that they continue to improve the Micro Beers !!!
