Bubbles could also be called Frenzie's . What areas were they and what are the next ones? Do info commercials tell us something ?
I am a very simple guy and I sure see bubbles and frenzies developing.

I have been there , I know what the bottom looks like ,feels like, sounds like, and on and on. A vcr movie and popcorn was a night out. I know you can get out of it by yourself if you want to but there is PAIN and one has to Sacrifice. Any liberal democrat would have no idea what those two words mean .
This I now can afford a good brew and it is time to go get one.

January 21 the day
I figured everything would be back to normal ???
Does anyone believe NAR's numbers ???
Drive around your towns and note what you see.
Then drive around in two weeks and see if you notice
what is the fastest growing thing around Foreclosures.
No we are far from the end but a might closer to the bottom.
The test ---Would you buy ? Would you give money to
your son, daughter or anyone to buy ????
Skin in the game really says how you truely feel !!!!
I just hope the do not foreclose on the breweries
