  • Kodiak's Fast Growth Will Spur Gains By 2013 [View article]
Don't get all rapped up in the stocks fundamental details right now. Put it on your watch list, but don't buy. Oil stocks are being pulled down and there's no telling how much further down they will go. The Shale Oil flow is just too good - US oil inventories are the highest they've been since 1990 at a time when the Worlds largest economies including Europe, China and the US are slowing down: http://bit.ly/MyBjqw

Stalling may make good sense here. Remember after the 2008 Oil price spike to $147 a barrel it finally got to a low of $31 a barrel. It's headed lower now. It's gonna get dangerously difficult to guess how to hedge against a fall like that. All bets may be off, not to mention the Oil glut that has already started accumulating. • 4 Stocks Under $40 That Analysts Love [View article]
Why wouldn't they love them, their bosses (Funds/Bankers/Brokers) own/sell them! Analysts are just flunky mouthpieces biased by their bosses discretion & direction.

  • Retirement Strategy: This Is Not A Dip, This Is What We Have Been Waiting For (Part 25) [View article]
Oil hit $147 in 2008. It's gone down in the last 5-weeks from $105 to $83 and could go lower. The US has become an exporter because of the Shale Oil & Gas Boom. We're so good it's bad news for domestic Oil producers. -But, at last, we are no longer dependent! Kick me, I dabble in Penny stocks. Had I panicked in 2007 or 2008 I would not have had my Amex 80-cent QSC gain 5,200% to $43 by Nov 2011. During its parabolic move it listed Nasdaq as QCOR, and became a top IBD touted momentum mover. lol -Ernest

  • Insiders Buying Shares In These 3 High-Growth Drug Stocks, Plus 2 Other Noteworthy Sells [View article]
The Michael Mulroy 1,000 share QCOR buy is a needle in a haystack. His Insider Cohorts sold over 2,300,000 shares from April through Dec last year, and a bunch more this year. CEO Bailey continued selling 30,000 shares a month through May 2012. Your point is nil.

  • How Lower Oil Prices May Increase The Borrowings Of Select E&P Companies [View article]
The way they're going at it, they intend on producing a glut of oil. What if this new glut of oil pushes the price down $20-$25 a barrel? Don't get smug, oil went down $23 a barrel ($102-$77) in Aug 2011. It could get lower and stay that way longer. Then what?

  • 4 Mid Caps Rated Buy By Ned Davis Research: A Look At Hedging Them [View article]
Furthermore, all the Buy Backs, Investor Presentation Conferences, Analysts Pumpers, New Hires, & on & on ad nausea can't add the Humpty-Dumpty pieces up to the $50 that the Pumpers have been Ballyhooing forever. Even your fine Institutional owners don't trust it, so they've been hedging by Shorting their own QCOR shares. How do you think the Short Interest rose to 15,000,000, anyway? lol

The $28.71 million in stock options were ALL given to Insider Officers & Directors: Bailey, Cartt, Young, Whitcup, Mulroy and Medieros, NOT your misguided thinking of "new hires" look at the form 4's 2/17/12. lol Duh!

Smaller miners jump too: MUX +14.7%, BAA +13.7%, PVG +11.1%, AZK +10.6%.  [View news story]
Got out of AUQ just below $9. Latest low around $6.91 looks like a good re-entry point.
