  • Steer Clear Of The BlackBerry Dog [View article]
Hopefully the propaganda will stop about blackberry and shareholders will get their rewards in time to come.
I am long Nokia but would not be recommending them this week as earnings are next week and they still seem to have issues with inventory across the lumia range which may augur well for the future but might lead to a decline in share price in the near term until the vietnam facility is up and running at full capacity.

  • Nokia Lumia: No Killer Apps, Investors Lose [View article]
" as the company suspended its dividend and warned of flagging 2013 Lumia sales during the latest earnings conference call."

Nokia actually said sales would be constrained in the first quarter due to supply issues!
Twist their words to suit yourself though as you have done with previous articles.

Pfizer has been aggressively cutting costs for a number of years, not months.
To say it has to cut costs to stay afloat is silly.

Lets see how supply issues affects the figure in Q/1 Q2...., the end of the year this time they will get most of it right, less debt, less restructuring costs, might end up the company it should have been.turned into when the penny dropped.

  • Nokia For The Long Term [View article]
I would think when the figures are digested and a forward looking view materialises we will see Nokia PPS improve throughout the year with next year seeing real gains for the stock, I would think they are executing their strategy very well coming from a very bad position in the last few years, well done Elop and keep making the hard decisions for the long term benefit of shareholders.

Agree, I was happy with Elops interview and have always thought this was a 5 or 10 year investment before we see the type of returns I invested in Nokia for.
