Is Buy and Hold Dead?

If big corporation CEO can still receive big bonus and stock options etc. when the companies are losing money. Investors were just a sucker paying for their greed. Bonus shall be paid in a profitable year and not at a negative profit year. It is a reward and not entitle to it when time is bad. Capitalism means pooling good money to make more money for investors. Now it seems the CEO made all the money and investors are out of luck. The CEO thinks they own the companies and with the internet trading system, now is more like betting on a horse race. I brought insurance companies stock for long hold but they keep printing more stocks.
