fmhaynes11 Icahn has offered $30/sh for CVI, but stock is 27.8. Anyone know why the 10% difference? Is there an opportunity here ?

Husky Financial: same reason he never aquired clorox... its never a done deal until it is.. arbitrage here is suggesting there is strong chance it wont pass

losbronces: Agree with HF, the level of arb is indicating that it won't happen. That much arbitrage isn't left on the table w/o a reason.
