      Require all energy trading to be cash settled at the end of the trading day. No margin trading, if you buy 100 contracts you pay the price of them at that time. If you can not take physical delivery you can not buy the contracts or the products. This should apply to all derivatives trading! If you want to gamble go to Vegas or Jersey, I think the consumer has had enough of the parasitic drain of speculators taking a cut of all the money spent on energy! I believe another solution would be to allow oil consumers to purchase speculator futures, I myself would bet that the amount of speculators would decrease especially if hunting permits to thin the herd out would be available.       Outlaw or ban speculative trading in all fuel products, if you cannot take delivery of it you cannot speculate on it. Stop all margin trades and percentage purchases. If you buy 1000 bbl of oil or gasoline you must settle the full price before close of business of that day and take delivery. Lastly, just liquidate all of the speculating parasitic hedonists that are financially destroying the world wide working class and feed their bodies to the swine for dinner.       It is a stinking shame that the 911 terrorists did not target the new york stock exchange and the new york mercantile exchange instead of the world trade center. Our only hope is that the Iranians develop nuclear weapons quickly and use them on wall street. The real terrorists that threaten the american way of life are financial terrorists and they are right here in the US.       America has systematically exported all of the manufacturing that produces potentially hazardous wastes or might cause injury to workers health. The only way real wealth is created is by converting raw materials into products. In doing so it has also exported all of the jobs that can be performed by unskilled or semi skilled labor. Unfortunately not everyone has the potential to be a skilled or professional worker. Therefore we are continuing to march toward a situation where we have wealthy persons and peasants. It is interesting that China is elevating it's peasants to middle class status and the United States is lowering it's middle class to peasantry.
