Since they increased their cash holdings in the last quarter and have no debt, are you thinking they are going to some how magically blow through $2 billion and add debt on to the ZERO current debt and then everyone one of their 70+ million subscribers drop them in the next 2 years?
Or do you have no idea of what "bankrupt" means?
Can you provide the link to "Netflix is not endorsing BlackBerry"?
Hey, here's a review of the Z10 from an iPhone site. Here's the money line "While it did take me a little time to get accustomed to the new way of doing things, I soon find myself trying to dismiss apps on my iPhone in the same way. In essence: BlackBerry has done the impossible, and made iOS seem complicated. "

The stock price is the major annoyance I have with all of this. RIM is not a $6 company. And if only 25% of current subscribers buy new BB10's, then it is a success for the company, but the stock price probably won't reflect that.
Of course, we could just as easily blame the Fed and the Bernake as much as the writers here on SA.
3 Obstacles That Could Preclude RIM's Comeback [View article]
Let me break down your 3 factors.
1. Coolness / Cult factor. Did you know that Steve Jobs is dead? What happened the last time Apple didn't have Jobs at the helm? As pointed out, the youth are fickle and when they no longer see something as "cool" they will move on. iPhone is getting old and 4s (supposedly 5) and 5 (is it 6?) both disappointed. 5 more than 4s, because it broke things, like maps. Apple is just a hedge fund now and is lacking vision and can't find a Xerox to steal ideas from.
2. Apps. Dead horse, stop beating it. Android developers are losing interest in a non-paying ad revenue system. Too many repeat apps on Apple and Android hide out other apps and reduce the possibility of making money. There is already a story out about a guy who ported his app to the BlackBerry PlayBook (works on BB10 as well) in a few hours and then proceeded to make more money in the next couple of days than he had in the months it was an Android app. Again, stop beating this non-issue dead horse. RIM's latest announcement about media content on the BB10 completely put an end to that discussion.
3. BYOD. Balance. End of story. The only reason BYOD started was because execs wanted the latest shiney against the advice of the IT departments. If the BB10 is the latest shiney, then the IT departments can provide BYOD or a BB10 for the execs and still use BB10 phones for those people who actually do the work in the company.

As pointed out below. RIM has 6 BB10 phones coming out and will support OS7 for the next 5 years.
RIM has both premium phones and low end phones. It was in the premium phone business in the first place, because only businesses used BlackBerry's at the start because of the cost.
And my general point is, with a company that has 0 debt, not bleeding customers and coming out with a new device receiving rave reviews, how can the stock price continue to go lower?

Robert, How often has your daughter changed her clothing style? The young are fickle. As soon as she sees the BB10 phones in person, she'll change her mind, again.

Yes, another miss by the author.
The whole point of the BB10 phones is not only to win back the Executives who jumped ship for the latest shiny object without listening to the IT department, but to also entice those consumers outside of the business sector that use the phones for play and work.
No more need for the 2 phone strategy joked about by Samsung in a recent ad. BB10 will provide the best of both worlds.

"If investor sentiment is a sign of future success, then RIMM will succeed in its latest offering"
Not standing by your statement from Jan. 15th?
"There is simply no more room in the market for BlackBerry; the competing firms are taking them on as they expand overseas, and RIMM's lack of working capital will bring about their demise."
If people can be pulled away from the iPhone to the Android, why couldn't they be pulled away to the BB10? The BB10 offers everything and then some compared to those two phones.

"RIMM Has No Apps" Please stop posting this nonsense. Seriously. This has got to be the most small sited reason given for why BB10 is supposedly going to fail. Whomever posts this as a reason obviously has no clue as to what is going on in the phone world.
"iPhone is the next largest competitor followed by Microsoft " Microsoft is still in 4th place. They are horrible at making phones as much as they do at making music players. Anything that Microsoft put in their phone, BB10 will have and then some. Oh, and that whole app thing too.
BTW, did you predict that nobody should get into the smart phone business after RIM took the lead? Apple? They didn't even have a phone, they shouldn't have gotten in, the party is over. Google? What do they know about hardware, let alone phones, the party is over. Windows? Sure they can make a PC, but not a phone, the party is over.

Ouch. iPhone fan says iPhone seems "complicated" in comparison. That doesn't sound good for Apple.

Follow up question, what percentage of the global smart phone market would that be?
If you only need 15% of the global market to be 100% more profitable than you currently are, then you don't have to beat out the other 2 competitors.
