  • Google Launches The Glass War: Winners And Losers Abound [View article]
I would like to know if Google Glass is actually MicroVision's PicoP glasses/ wearable display they were developing for the military/Lockhead Martin back in 2009.

And if not, where did that development go?

@OIL I've been saying stuff like that ever since I got my hands on one of the pre-Order PlayBooks and Bridged it to my BB phone.

Hopefully the management at BlackBerry is thinking the same way.

Why would they not grant special access? They already provide special controls for the iProducts.

BTW, have you seen the QNX Porche?
    http://bit.ly/13ZlAnz

The center console is a PlayBook and the top of the dash console is actually an BB10 Alpha device.

I'm sorry that you missed my point. Integrated to me is more than a simple BlueTooth connection. BlackBerry has the opportunity to provide a unique experience for BlackBerry owners who have the phone and a Neutrino based infotainment system.

I'm not saying it is being done with the current models, but something it can be done in the future.

Shorts seem to be short sighted.

    " and some car manufacturers"

200+ models, more than all others combined. Which means 200+ models of cars ripe to be integrated with BB10 phones.

Also, don't forget the medical devices.

I don't know, but I sure know we can't believe more than half of the articles on SA about BlackBerry.

  • Reading Between The Lines Regarding BlackBerry [View article]
    Facebook owns Instagram.

Facebook is builtin to the BB Hub. Put a filter on your photo, post it to Facebook, just like what Instagram does. Facebook won't keep Instagram a separate social site forever.

  • BlackBerry Shows No Signs Of A Turnaround [View article]
"However, I'll take a look at the details of this new launch below to see if there may be reasons for optimism."

I read elsewhere on SA that they are raising prices in the UK stores due to high demand.

  • BlackBerry (BBRY -2.8%) slumps after S&P's James Moorman cuts his FY13-15 estimates while reiterating a Sell. He's worried about the fact Sprint (not the most enterprise-focused U.S. carrier) isn't supporting the Z10, and about the impact of rival spring/summer phone launches. Yesterday, HTC announced the One, its new flagship Android model, and Samsung will reportedly announce the Galaxy S IV on March 14. BlackBerry's newfound volatility has led its beta to spike to 1.65. Sprint will have the Q10...until they realize that their deal with Apple is making them lose market share.

They should downgrade Sprint instead of BlackBerry.

Apparently a minimum of $100. I guess he writes these articles full of so much BS in order to drive people here to slam him, which in turn gives him the click counts to get paid more.

As an IT professional working in the field for over 15 yeas, I can tell, I support 700+ users on BlackBerry phones. We won't be going to Apple or Android in the future.

Since they increased their cash holdings in the last quarter and have no debt, are you thinking they are going to some how magically blow through $2 billion and add debt on to the ZERO current debt and then everyone one of their 70+ million subscribers drop them in the next 2 years?

Or do you have no idea of what "bankrupt" means?

Can you provide the link to "Netflix is not endorsing BlackBerry"?
