Mac's sales are growing and their New OS system is a success. Also they have 18 billion dollars in the bank. So if that's a failure, I bet every company out their would like to fail like Apple is. Another words their not failing.

      Anything to with the street .com, It always throws a Red Flag up for me, That's because of one person JIM CRAMER, we all know Kramer worries more about his Hedge Fund Buddies, than the average retail investor, Right now Kramer been saying to sell Apple. Before earning he was telling everyone to buy Apple, Now he saying apples 4th quarter was horrible. He use His Show , to promote stocks, I believe his hedge fund buddies tell him. One day telling people buy then he telling people to sell in the after noon. He forgets that thier are people that purchased apple at 190, 200, and so on. So the street .com does shareholders a disservice buy doing their terrible reporting.

      kangas. My question to you is. Is this Hillary Cramer any relations to Jim Cramer? The reason I ask, these the three same stocks Jim Cramer has pumping for the last month as they been tanking,. I must be disclose, I'm a long term investor is Apple, that has lost his as# because of morons like Jim cramer pumping the stock one day while shorting it and bashing on his ( TCM) site, street dot common.       I love cramer, he has so much confidence in himself, he knows how to work the system. Rick Santillie of CBO Trades Tuesday took cramer out to the wood shed, by saying his flip flopping has cost investors hard earned cash. I believe cramer has an agenda, and his real loyalty is to his friends in the hedge fund business. He doesnt care about the investors. Shame on CNBC to allow this person to have a show on thier network. My advise to anyone that believes in cramer just be careful, he's not your freind.

      user138049, You know I'm a long and support apple 100 percent. But were down over 33 percent since the beginning of the year. for know reason. It's not a time to play games. Apple has the best products going and they don't need to treat the shareholder like they don't matter. Apple has Fiduciary responsible to be trans parent to public and the shareholders.

      Julian, Excellent article, 100 percent true. I to em a apple long. I lost 30,000 dollar profit since January and 20,000 of my original investment and Ill be honest with you I'm not happy. Not to mention I margin 38000 of that investment. Which luckily I'm OK still. I hope management gets it, and starts running the company for the shareholders and realize like you said in your article, they literally wipe most of their retail investor out. Thank you Julian, I wish you would send your well written article to apples investor relations and let them know how we really feel.
