No where in the article does David Fry call for another wipeout today. SA editors are pathetic. That is why I stopped submitting articles.

What’s Behind the Slide in Gold and Silver?
You started strong, gave your conclusion in the middle and waffled through the rest of the data.

So what exactly are you trying to say? could this be the summary of your well elaborate post.

The latest shake-out in silver and gold may have a little further to go, but for investors betting on higher commodity prices in the longer-term, fueled by strong Asian demand, explosive money supply growth, and negative interest rates in the United States, one should recall the advice of the London trading wizard Nathan Rothschild, “The time to buy is when the blood is running in the streets.”

Why the U.S. Credit Crunch Will Not Affect India
I see you are part of a USIBC outfit! No wonder you say India will be just fine.

Talk of buttering your own bread and eating it.

Why the U.S. Credit Crunch Will Not Affect India
I would be wary of the intentions of the USIBC's poll.

We've heard the same rhetoric from the National Assoc of Realtors every month for the last 2 years.

Yeah. Housing is just fine. The sky's not falling over our heads.

Listen to them at your own risk and peril.

A Second Look at Educational Services and Student Lending Problems
The tech bubble was a corporate driven recession unlike today's recession which is consumer driven. I'm doing an MBA and I just dropped my summer class.

Guess what, 2 other students in my class did the same.

Why? The college jacked up tuition by $140 per class. This means that I have to pay an additional $420 for my last 3 classes (1 in summer, 2 in fall).

Mind you, I've got no student debt and I'm a professional.

Credit crunch and inflation will kill the educational sector, which has been one of the few sectors adding jobs. I believe enrollment will drop and drop-outs will increase.

      T. Boone Pickens Says Oil is Going Higher
Lol. Why should anyone listen to Boone Pickens? He was wrong shorting oil and he might as well be wrong going long.

He clearly states that demand will wane and we know the Fed is almost done with the rate cuts.

Looks like he's a little bit late to the oil party.

How eloquently put. I'm surprised you are not running for presidency!

iPhone: The Future of Social Networking?
Yep. It's called Nokia Sensor. Works via bluetooth so it has a limited range but more accurate than triangulation which can be off by several hundred meters.

I believe Nokia is building a social platform in it's phones. Or was it Sony Ericsson? I read about this a few years ago in American Way Magazine.
