That wouldn't surprise me. The up-front costs make it difficult to displace CSG where their new systems have been installed, but the Comcast deal (largest customer) is non-exclusive. So Comcast could either install Amdocs in other municipalities or use them as a bargaining chip to lower CSG prices across the board.
