Magazine Cover Indicator: Housing Bottom In Place?

I think it looks interesting indeed, but at the same time, while not being bad greed and fear surrounding the housing market distort emotions and should not lead one to invest in this tempting sector. I feel that housing has moved up to fast, leaving behind the fundy's. Further I think our recession while maybe mild compared to 2000, will offer significant opportunities to pick up housing stocks at much cheaper levels. If not listening is your MO, then just buy and hold...the sky is the limit until it is not.
