  • Ampio Pharmaceuticals: 50 Shades Of Grey - Secondary On The Way [View article]
This article is non sense!! I have to quote Agnew Peters from Yahoo finance message boards that wrote the following : Joe Dredly writes an article and Seeking Alpha prints. Article is a copy from a bunch of has been articles on that site. Try Google to see if Joe Dredly exists. I did! Surprise, the so called author does not. The more shorts, the better. Just ask Tesla Motors.... Bottom line, like Rick Santelli said on CNBC, " if you want to know the truth, follow the money !" AMPE was at less than 3 dollars a year ago. Now it's at six. End of story!

  • Ampio Receives FDA Clearance to Initiate Clinical Trial of Ampion™ for the Treatment of Osteoarthritis of the Knee: Patient Treatments have begun. [View article]
Just emailed Mr. Adam Furenstein this below. Let's see if he has the guts to reply to the challenge.

You are clueless my friend on AMPE and I encourage you to short some more shares if you have the balls, and or the money left. Despite your every attempt to bring this stock down with these preposterous articles, the stock/company keep charging ahead. I will make you a personal bet of $100,000 that you are dead wrong. My colleagues and I own well over 350,000 shares of Ampio and we'll continue to add to squeeze every last nickel you have. If you are interested, reply to me with your contact information, and we can place the money into any "legitimate" attorney/escrow office through the end of this year.

With several drugs going before the FDA - being approved, my sources are telling me that REGN is going to be making a $28.00 bid for AMPE this year.

I read this fictional article very well. Perhaps the author of this article Mr King, should read the study written by Dr. Raghuram Selvaraju from Aegis Capital Corp. Attached is the link to the study below.

This is an exhaustive study of Ampio as a company with a price target of $11.00. Company is scheduled to go in front of the FDA at any time. This will come as prize shock to the shorts.

    Dear Mr King,

I was at the shareholders meeting just last month where the Chairman, Mr. Macaulso the company has over $20 Million Dollars in the bank. I am not sure where you are getting this information from. Your article is completely fraudulent and based on your short position. I have an order to buy 17,000 shares right now.

  • Ampio Stays Calm Ahead Of Further Developments [View article]
Did everyone see this release on Friday after the close about Ampio's agreement where they are receiving 6 million dollars for Optina. See below..

On January 21, 2013, Ampio entered into a Master Services Agreement and Scope of Work (the "Optina Agreement") with a clinical research organization (the "Optina CRO"). Pursuant to the Optina Agreement, the Optina CRO will provide clinical trial services in connection with the Company's clinical trial of OptinaTM for the treatment of diabetic macular edema. The consideration payable by Ampio to the Optina CRO in connection with these services totals approximately $6.0 million which is expected to be paid over the course of the next eleven months, based on specified milestones. The Optina Agreement is effective as of January 21, 2013 and continues until completion of the services, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the Optina Agreement.

I agree. AMPE should be a core long term holding for 2013 as this stock is an easy triple from these prices if even one of the above mentioned drugs are approved in the US or abroad.

Both of these Adams are losers. I'm hearing that there may be an indictment against Adam Feurstein by the government for securities fraud.

  • Ariad: This Bio-Pharma May Deliver Big Returns [View article]
As I realize the recent drop in price was due to massive short sellers paying a high premium to borrow our long shares, I called my broker and instructed them to move my shares from margin to cash so they will not be loaned to short sellers. Imagine if many investors of AMPE did that, what would occur. Just a thought :)
