  • Medical Marijuana, Inc. Uses Licensing Strategy To Expand Operations For PhytoSPHERE Systems, LLC [View article]
MJNA CBD oil is 80% cocentrated and cannot be accurately compared against most weaker oils. Obviously the price is higher when so concentrated and processed by the highest standards of quality.

I don't understand the part from Hemp's financial statement regarding MJNA. Did the listed such as David Tobias receive 87+ million shares of MJNA shares from Hemp?

Nowhere that I could find what Perlowin or the others listed in MJNA financials as beneficial owners of MJNA shares. They would all have had over 5% interest as well.

I think there may be a mistake somewhere??

  • A Critical Look At MJNA Rumors And Accusations  [View instapost]
Nice article. I would add more definitely that there is nobody in the Management at MJNA with a criminal record.

The former CEO has been "accused" of a crime. In my mind he is innocent until proven guilty, plus he is no longer with MJNA.

Panoplos...The company is new just starting out. They now have a product of worth to sell called CBD oil which they got in the PhytoSphere deal. They have oil worth $9 million dollars (an asset) which when they sell for $27 million dollars equals Profit. By the end of the year $35 million in CBD oil to sell, equals $100 million in revenue plus or minus XXX. It really is not so difficult to figure out if you take the time to read through the filings. Earlier I posted about CannaVEST here with links.

The link above explains the corp. setup.

I expect more then $35 million as CannaVEST clearly has customers for the CBD oil already, and it will not be sold at cost. This is a highly concentrated CBD oil at above 80% concentration. I would expect this is a no brainer that they will make a big profit.

CannaVEST is new, and I would expect a corporate website in the near future, but I am not investing in them so???

I found info on CannaVEST in about five seconds when the info was reported a couple of days ago. Looks normal to me.

Here are some links followed by my interpretation.

    http://bit.ly/VEbuud

On November 16, 2012, Mai Dun Limited, LLC, Mercia Holdings, LLC, General Hemp, LLC and Bamburgh Holdings, LLC purchased all of the 6,979,900 shares in the Cole (HJ Cole was the former President of Forclosure Solutions, Inc.) Purchase Transaction and the Non-Affiliate Purchase Transactions for an aggregate purchase price of $375,000. (.05 per share) The cash came from Mr. Stuart Titus, PhD (involved in Canabis research medicinal, Health, and wellness) who loaned the money to each of the buyers.

HJ Cole steps down, and Michael Mona, Jr. becomes the new President etc.. Of the new company named CannaVEST.

December 31, 2012 PhytoSPHERE is purchased for $35 million dollars in stock or cash

$35 million in oil goes to CannaVest who pays MJNA in stock, or cash. CannaVEST sells the CBD oil (which is reported to be 80% pure) for $XX. If they sell it for $70 Million then the shares would be worth twice as much as when the deal was done. As cash comes in from selling the CBD oil CannaVEST may choose to pay MJNA in cash. In the long run it looks like it would be better for MJNA to get shares of CannaVEST as long as they sell the CBD oil.

I am sure if they are taking legal action you will not hear about it for a while unless you know the anonymous author.

How many people in the world have the name Michael? How about in the USA? California? How about Michael Mona, Jr. who is the President of CannaVEST?

I bet there are a lot with that name.

Nothing unusual and explained by the company:

"Additionally and as further described in the shareholder report, the Company entered into an agreement in December to license PhytoSphere Systems and sell its inventory to CannaVest, a hemp based agricultural company specializing in the development and sales of hemp based products. While the agreement was reached in December and an initial installment payment was made, the final sale agreement and transfer of assets will occur in Q1 2013. The terms of the licensing agreement and inventory sale call for payment by CannaVest to the Company of $35 million in cash and stock. This cash flow will enable the Company to focus on building its core business through the expansion of its branded products and acquisition of additional brands while leaving the ground work of farming, harvesting, extraction and product development to CannaVest. In addition the Company will continue to benefit from solid supply chain relationships with PhytoSphere for future purchases of high value CBD oil at a significant cost savings."

Or he is costing people a fortune in profits. We will all know who was right in a few years. I am glad he did not warn me off of MJNA when I bought a few weeks ago. If he had I would not have tripled my investment.

The company is profitable, and projecting much higher profits in the next two years. I know maybe they wont meet their targets, but they also may beat them. Give me some other possible 100 bagger investments if you can, because that is the potential of some of these.
