An engineering management consultant with 40 years of power industry experience, including employment with major architect engineering and regulated utility firms. Most recent work involved independent consulting and expert witness assignments for construction permitting, boiler equipment failure evaluation, due diligence, and resolution of construction contract disputes. Registered Professional Engineer in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Past member of the ASME Board on Nuclear Codes and Standards, the ASME Main Committee on Nuclear Operation & Maintenance, co founder and past Chairman of the ASME Gas Turbine Institute Electric Utility Cogeneration Committee. Also served as member of the Governor’s Solid Waste Advisory Council in Connecticut.
