Why, At 29, I'm Sticking With Dividends
Take a look at NYB. I bought in at $12.90 when it was yielding 7.75%. It's come up a bit since then (currently at $13.78 as I type this), but its still yielding 7.25% and just crossed over its 200 day moving average ($13.11), which should become its new support.
It feels like the financial sector is gaining some serious momentum, and NYB is in the relatively safe business of lending on New York City apartments. Keep up the good work, I love your articles!
